- Assist Global Head of Operations Finance in the creation of the initial homeowners operating budget for projects globally.
- Oversee Residential CRM Reporting and Process
- Lead the effort to invoice and collect Aman’s residential branding fee from all development partners.
- Lead the effort to invoice and collect Aman’s residential referral commissions from all development partners.
- Administers all purchase and sale agreements, and assists Management in maintaining licenses, permits and insurance.
- Administer registration and payment documentation for all internal sales referrals.
- Oversee the internal and 3rd party referral payment program.
- Relationship manager and point of contact for all project contract administrators.
- Lead enforcement efforts of all development partners to report sales to Aman.
- Direct the global P&L, receivables, and payables of the club.
- Higher education and a minimum of five years of industry experience and training
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Self-starter ability to work with little to no direct supervision
- Capable of working under pressure and with various stakeholders
- Able to handle a multitude of tasks in an intense, fast paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Sensitive to cultural nuances
- Very high attention to detail
- High level of proficiency in Excel and CRM Tools
