Amare Medical Network is seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Intern to join our team for the Fall 2024 semester. In this part-time internship, you will play a vital role in crafting engaging social media content that helps us connect with talented healthcare professionals and valued clients.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing our social media strategy across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram).
- Create engaging content (text, images, videos) that showcases our company culture, job opportunities, and industry insights using design tools (Canva or Adobe Creative Suite preferred).
- Schedule and publish social media posts using Sprout Social.
- Monitor social media conversations and respond to comments and messages in a professional and timely manner.
- Research and stay up to date on social media trends and best practices relevant to the healthcare staffing industry.
- Analyze social media data and report on campaign performance.
- Brainstorm creative content ideas and participate in team discussions.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative and enthusiastic with a passion for social media.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy.
- Proficient in basic social media management tools a plus.
- Develop your skills in content creation, social media marketing, and analytics.
- Contribute to the success of a growing company in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible work schedule to accommodate your academic commitments (10-20 hours per week).
