Overview:
Amarel US seeks a self-starter, data-driven B2B Senior Director of Sales to accelerate our market penetration and take revenue growth to the next level. This exciting opportunity offers the chance to start as an individual contributor, taking our leading competitive solutions to the market, simplifying and developing value-based sales plans, overachieving ambitious goals, and building a winning sales team that includes SDRs and SCMs. A background in professional services is a MUST. The ideal candidate boasts at least five years of B2B sales experience, a proven track record of overachieving quotas, and a deep understanding of complex B2B sales processes. A meaningful, proven experience continuously improving the “sales machine” is a big plus. Key Responsibilities:
· Convert sales opportunities into meaningful deal closures.
· Overachieving quota and SMART Goals.
· Build and maintain an accurate sales funnel, pipeline, and forecast.
· Secure customers’ satisfaction, increasing customers’ retention.
· Create upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
· Proactively engage, influence, and lead Go to Market penetration strategies and execution (e.g., prioritization of
vertical and horizontal markets).
· Initiate applicable market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential growth
areas.
· Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
· Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers.
· Identify and participate in key tradeshows and events approved by Amarel US leadership.
· Up to 25% domestic travel.
Skills and Qualifications:
· Meaningful experience in effectively achieving sales targets.
· Successful track record in designing, improving, and implementing successful value-based sales strategy.
· Very high integrity accompanied by excellent interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills
· Strong analytical skills to identify trends and sales patterns.
· Self-starter team player with a can-do mentality and problem-solving skills.
· Experience using sales tools to manage the sales process and forecast sales.
· Advanced planning, organizational, and time management skills.

Compensation & Benefits
· Amarel US offers a competitive compensation& Benefits package to include:
· OTE of 150,000-220,000 USD pending experience, skills, location, and overall fit.
