Primary Purpose: To provide for the delivery of technical assistance and professional development in the design, development, implementation, and evaluation of activities that address the unique needs of the Local Education Agencies (LEAs) in specialized area. Utilize an effective and efficient planning process based on pertinent student, campus, and district data sources for the purpose of assisting LEAs in instructional improvement and the meeting of LEA and ESC accountability requirements. To support the delivery of statewide TIL training and coaching tools and resources.
