Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the property, including maintenance, leasing, and tenant relations.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize occupancy and rental income.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and maintenance standards are met.
- Manage tenant requests and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for property repairs and maintenance.
- Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and lease agreements.
- Utilize property management software (such as Yardi) to track leasing activity, rent payments, and maintenance requests.
- Implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants and retain existing ones.
- Provide excellent customer service to tenants by promptly addressing their needs and concerns.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of property management principles, practices, and laws.
- Proficiency in using property management software (such as Yardi) and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
- Familiarity with LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) program regulations is preferred.
- Experience in property leasing and upselling techniques.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of contract law as it pertains to property management.
- Customer relationship management skills to build positive relationships with tenants.
