We are looking for Business Systems Analyst position to work out of Arlington, TX

Qualifications:

• Ability to analyze data using SQL and Excel for reporting and data mining purposes.
• Ability to meet expected delivery dates and the tasks necessary to achieve objectives.
• Excellent computer skills and conversance in information technology issues
• Deadline oriented.
• Strong in the use of Microsoft Office software including strong ability to analyze data using Excel for reporting and data mining purposes.
• Strong people skills including the ability to interact with employees at all levels.
• Excellent writing and speaking skills.

Experience

• Minimum of 4 years of prior analysis experience in an Information Technology environment required.
• Need strong experience in API integration, Writing User Stories
• Experience in auto finance industry and loan origination systems preferred.
• Experience in Agile development methodologies preferred.
• Experience in Data Modeling and Data Visualization
• Right hand person of the PO craft requirements, write user stories, bring in external vendor products and work with partners on vendor side.

Knowledge

• Advanced knowledgeable of best practices in information technology governance and regulatory landscape for financial institutions
• Advanced knowledge of loan origination systems and business operations
• Advanced knowledge of the Corporate Business solution environment
• Advanced knowledge in gathering and documenting Epics, Features and Stories in an Agile environment.
• Advanced knowledge of Agile methodologies
• Advanced knowledge of scripting languages (Ex: JavaScript, Python etc)
• Knowledge of security methodologies, policies, standards, and best practices
