Pay: $70.00 - $85.00 Per Routine Visit

Pay: $70.00 - $85.00 Per Routine Visit
With a Pay Range of $70.00 - $85.00 Per Visit, you could make:
- Full-Time (26-35 visits per week) = $94,640 to $154,700 annually
- Part Time (10-20 visits per week) = $36,400 to $88,400 annually
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct evaluations to assess clients' speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing needs
- Develop personalized treatment plans to improve clients' communication and swallowing abilities
- Provide therapy to enhance clients' ability to perform daily activities
- Educate clients and families on exercises and strategies to support communication and swallowing
- Document clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
- Licensed Speech Language Pathologist in Colorado
- Experience in home health or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in electronic medical record documentation
- Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Flexibility and adaptability to work with diverse client needs
