About us:

Amazing Seasun Games is an international games developer focused on creating high-quality games across PC, mobile, and console. Our teams are comprised of industry veterans with a shared mission of creating industry-leading video game experiences. Although we have multiple office locations globally, this particular role will be based out of our newly created US Publishing Headquarters located in Irvine, California. This role will focus on supporting our most recent upcoming title, Mecha BREAK (coming to PC, PlayStation and Xbox).

Key job responsibilities:

• Drive the relationship and communication with our current and new creators.
• Collaborate and align with the global publishing and domestic team (North America & Zhuhai) to build innovative campaigns that drive audience growth across Twitch and YouTube.
• Build strong relationships with creator management teams and agencies. Coordinate directly with streamers, creators, influencers and business managers or agents to build and execute key influencer, high-impact programs.
• Take the lead on sharing all game title strategy and activation plans with creators to help drive marketing and influencer strategy.
• Develop workback schedules to ensure creator-led projects are on time and develop alignment across cross-functional teams.
• Share creator tentpoles and activations with the greater team that are an ideal fit for the brand/game titles
• Expert on tentpole moments that creators are driving and how Amazing Seasun Games can potentially integrate where it makes sense.
• Ensure partnerships are not only beneficial for our brand, but creator as well.
• Assist in the development of owned content development by pitching appropriate talent where necessary.
• Initiate project briefs for developing tactical campaigns like influencers activations, offline events, and/or brand artwork, gameplay trailers, product websites and other promotional assets.
• Help craft our influencer narrative message, including talking points, messaging and social posts.
• Support event executions, livestreams, trade show activations, partner promotions and competitions as well as other opportunities that influencers can be utilized to promote our game
• Manage real-time reporting across streaming networks, creator platforms, social media and community discussions; including analyzing key performance data, industry trends and emerging opportunities.
• Track program budgets, invoicing and reporting.

Pre-Requisites :

• Bachelor’s Degree or industry agency equivalent experience
• 5 years in an influencer marketing, social media or brand product marketing role
• Experience working directly with influencers and streamers in gaming.
• Up to date knowledge of the gaming ecosystem and existing creator programs.
• Strong social platform knowledge - YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok
• Ability to set long-term strategy, clear goals, and KPIs
• Excellent organization and communication skills
• Data driven, highly analytical
• Knowledge of digital analytics platforms including Tubular Labs preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, organizational and writing skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, focusing on generating business results.
• Ability to work with global teams across multiple time zones and cultures.
• Must be a gamer.
