This individual has proficiency in employing analytical insights, strong business operations fundamentals and good judgment. This individual will be responsible for building a sub-business level capacity plan forecast in service of predictably accelerating work delivery and enhancing the customer experience.

Key job responsibilities

- Build and tune forward looking capacity planning model for relevant marketing teams

- Drive capacity planning model adoption

- Prepare management reporting and monitor performance by collecting, analyzing and summarizing performance data and trends, identifying and resolving problems and developing recommendations

- Prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment and highly-matrixed organization

Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs. Formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies. Writes detailed description of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer programs. Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and 6-8 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.

Contract Length: 4 Months

Location: Remote (West Coast only)

Pay Range: $53 - $57 per hour
