Basic Qualifications
- 2 years of contracts management, paralegal, or other comparable experience within a law firm, government agency, or in-house legal department, with responsibility for reviewing, drafting, and negotiating the legal terms of a broad range of standard commercial contracts
- Experience working with MS office, including Excel, Powerpoint, Sharepoint
- Previous in-house legal experience a plus
- Experience related to technology companies is a plus
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communications skills
- High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to use data to measure results
- Ability to create new procedures and workflows
- Organized self-starter with a focus on excellence and entrepreneurship

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $47,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $112,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
