The Financial Analyst will support the Merchant Services Finance team by producing and delivering financial and operational analysis which will allow the Seller Support Contact Centers to work more efficiently and predictably, with the highest level of customer satisfaction.

• Team is composed of Vendor Managers who are working with outside vendors
• This role will work with the Vendor Managers and FinOps to help resolve issues
• New addition to the team, this is a pilot for this role

This position is assisting the vendor management team and FinOps on resolution for queries related to damaged or missing products

• 2 Years of experience
• BA degree required
• Experience with managing customer disputes
• Invoicing remediation experience/Accounts payable experience
• Experience with ticketing systems, MS office Suite

Contract Length: 6 Months

Location: Seattle or New York (Hybrid)

Pay Range: $30 - $35 per hour
