We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Cybersecurity Project/Program Manager II to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing cybersecurity projects and programs, ensuring successful delivery, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role requires a strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

Manage and lead cybersecurity projects and programs from initiation to completion.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.

Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

Assist with engagement management, including customer communication and issue escalation.

Coordinate financial approvals and budget tracking.

Work closely with 3rd party vendors and manage vendor relationships.

Oversee penetration testing efforts and ensure compliance with security standards.

Conduct full life-cycle monitoring and management of cybersecurity initiatives.

Collaborate with various teams and organizations to achieve project goals.

Respond to compliance requests related to penetration testing and security assessments.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity project or program management.

Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, practices, and technologies.

Experience managing penetration testing projects is a plus.

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Familiarity with compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001) is desirable.

Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, PMP) are a plus.

Contract Length: 6 Months

Pay Range: $50 - $55 per hour
