The Role:
The Engineering Program Specialist (EPS) will support internal engineering teams working on new products. Working closely with Engineering Program Managers, the EPS will be supporting new device programs through new product development phase gates. The candidate is responsible for coordinating and managing product build plans, engineering allocation, and assembly device Bill of Materials. In this role you will be responsible for:
• Manage Build Plan
• Material acquisition and tracking
• Bill of Material (BOM) creation and maintenance
• Approved Vendor’s List (AVL) maintenance
• Change Request (ECO) coordination and managing release
• Prototype device allocation and tracking
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree
• 2 years experience in a similar role
• Solid understanding of product development lifecycles
• Hands on experience with project documentation management and coordination
• Experience with Agile PLM.
• Able to work in fast pace environment with competing priorities
• Excellent verbal and written skills to communicate effectively
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• Background in consumer electronic product development
• Mobile device manufacturing experience
• Familiar with system/device builds and planning

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $93,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $179,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
