· Responsible for the coordination and execution of peak shopping events.

· Oversees all aspects of shopping events.

· Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of event project roadmap.

· Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project/program.

· Requires a bachelor's degree and 4-7 years of experience in the field or in a related area.

· Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.

· Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

· Performs a variety of tasks.

· Leads and directs the work of others.

· A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

· Reports to a head of a team.

Daily Schedule:

· Stakeholder management/ meetings daily

· Collab with internal teams and on global scale

· Status table management, workflow management

· Foundational PM mechanisms- update stakeholder list, workback schedule, communicating to leadership, meeting agendas

· PM tools/scheduling

· Outlook correspondence

· Keep program on track

Basic Requirements:

4-6 years’ experience in Program Management

Bachelor’s Degree

Shopping/sales events

Excellent critical thinking, communication

Contract Length: 9 Months

Location: Remote

Pay Range: $42 - $47 per hour
