Amazon is Hiring a Product Marketing Program Manager Near Seattle, WA

DESCRIPTION

AWS Product Marketing is seeking an experienced, self-directed large-scale events program manager to develop and execute mechanisms and processes that allow the Product Marketing org to scale quickly and deliver AWS messages to business and technical audiences at our largest customer conference event each year.
Amazon Web Services (AWS) is the world’s most comprehensive and broadly adopted cloud platform, offering over 200 fully featured services from data centers globally. Millions of customers—including the fastest-growing startups, largest enterprises, and leading government agencies—are using AWS to lower costs, become more agile, and innovate faster.
As a member of the AWS Product Marketing team, you will partner with stakeholders across AWS Sales, AWS Marketing, and AWS service teams to create, implement, and coordinate programs and processes at scale that help us tell AWS’s most important stories to customers and partners around the world. You will work closely with AWS subject matter experts, product marketers, and content managers who are responsible for delivering messages to a large, globally distributed audience, both internally and externally.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable driving the development of high-quality content and organizing multiple workstreams into a cohesive view. You will work with project managers and content owners to support the curation of topic tracks, identify key stakeholders, understand all relevant existing processes and mechanisms, and assist in creation of messaging that feeds marketing channels. You will be an escalation point for content track owners and work with senior leadership to remove roadblocks and help deliver a bar-raising experience to conference attendees. Successful candidates will be detail-oriented and organized, capable of handling multiple projects at once, and comfortable navigating through rapidly changing priorities.
This role will sit in Seattle, WA. USA. Relocation offered to this location only from within the USA only.
Key job responsibilities
• Identify and manage effective processes to improve efficiency and adaptability within the product marketing organization
• Manage cross category reporting to provide program metrics to leadership
• Manage collaboration with stakeholder teams
