We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as a Project/Program Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for the coordination and successful completion of assigned projects and programs. You will oversee all aspects of the project/program lifecycle, from planning and execution to monitoring and evaluation.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage all aspects of assigned projects/programs

Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and track project progress

Monitor project budgets and expenses

Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues

Prepare reports for upper management on the status of projects/programs

Develop and implement project documentation

Manage project stakeholders

Proficient in Excel and Smartsheet Effectively communicate with project team members and stakeholders

Adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

Work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field

2-4 years of experience in project management or a related field

Strong organizational and time management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Smartsheets, Asana, Trello)

Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision

A proactive and positive attitude
