DESCRIPTION
The LATAM Technology Partnerships team at AWS is looking for a Senior Program Manager to oversee coselling with independent software vendors (ISVs) in Brazil. The role will partner with AWS Sales to grow adoption of the AWS Brazil Distribution Program to among both ISVs and AWS buyers in Brazil.
This role will involve working closely with the AWS Marketplace product management and engineering to automate components of the program.

Responsibilities
Identify demand generation opportunities and pull together activities to cultivate an integrated experience across the program
Work with Business Development, Product Marketing, Seller GTM and Content Marketing specialists to identify core messaging, ground-level insight and technical expertise and develop highly relevant and engaging content that resonates with prospects

Seek out ways to utilize automation to improve processes and productivity, and make recommendations to support an organization scaling at a rapid pace
Establish KPIs and success metrics through deep understanding of business objectives, cross-functional team goals and relevant constraints
Work closely with the business intelligence team to align on measurement of the program and define an ongoing reporting structure
Successful applicants will have a combination of program management, business development, and technical experience and a broad understanding of the software industry. You should have a track record of being a top-performing individual that is customer-centric, self-motivated, and have demonstrated experience in building and executing disruptive business models. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5 years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
- 5 years of professional or military experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
- Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $118,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $220,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
