The base pay for this position ranges from $103,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $181,400/year in our highest geographic market. Key job responsibilities
- Directly own Pharmacy Ops forecasting; act as the primary role to escalate supply/capacity constraints and involve cross functional teams to secure long term solution.
- Work with the assigned functional leaders to track and coordinate all program deliverables, highlighting key program risks and putting plans in place to mitigate those risks, providing regular reports/updates on program status. This includes identification and mitigation of long-term supply chain risks presented by new designs.
- Be able to foresee the risks and come up with solid and manageable buy ahead plan.
- Develop a risk buy plan to ensure on-time delivery and eliminate the excess and obsolete impact.
- Perform regular supply and demand analysis for critical materials with 2nd tiers.
- Active engagement in process improvements to continually increase efficiency and effectiveness of product development and supply chain processes.
- Partnering with internal and external stakeholders to lead mid- to long-term inventory management and operational improvement strategies across the Supply Chain
- Developing and/or improving inventory management strategies for our network to ensure the right placement of ASINs and the success of new launches
- Ongoing analytics and analysis to insure accurate lead time, safety stock, review cycle, order methods, min/max points, and usage.
- Create reports and analyze new platform arrivals, identify and address gaps in coverage.
- Execute rebalancing through transfers between locations and purchasing.
- Lead capacity planning and modeling for Pharmacy Operations.
- Lead a team of direct reports. Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of team.
- Build and influence future roadmap (strategy, tooling, etc)
- 3 years of supply chain experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level, including: pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, data links, etc.
- Completed bachelors degree in Business, Economics, Logistics, Mathematics or similar field
- Excellent analytical skills
- Prior experience with negotiations and logistics procurement
- Supply chain management certifications such as CSCMP
- Experience in inventory management
- Experience with Lean operational practices
