DescriptionSr Technical Program Manager (TPM) will lead and manage significant technology programs with broad cross-organizational and cross-business impact.

Key job responsibilities
This Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) position requires a program management background and direct experience developing relevant systems. You will create and drive high-level strategic initiatives, but will also roll up your sleeves and contribute directly. A TPM anticipates bottlenecks, uses great judgment to make trade-offs, and balances the business needs with technical and scientific constraints.

Advocating on behalf of NASC, we are the business owners of various product suites that optimize operations planning and execution. Our team builds and manages automated and scalable solutions that are intuitive, easy to use, and effective. We are accountable to deciding ‘what to build next’ and surfacing effectiveness of its developed solutions through sophisticated measurement techniques. The team is also responsible for the validation, pilot, deployment, and Keeping-The-Lights-On (KTLO) for any products that we develop for the business.
Basic Qualifications
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $133,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $231,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. - Define and drive the strategic roadmap for supply chain technical and science programs, aligning with business objectives and technical requirements.
- Manage the end-to-end program lifecycle, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and science teams, product managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize initiatives, and ensure successful program execution.
- Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks; escalate issues and drive resolution as needed.
- Develop detailed project plans, track progress against milestones, and provide regular status updates to leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Facilitate decision-making processes, driving alignment and consensus across various teams and stakeholders.
- Continuously improve processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance program delivery efficiency and quality.
- Travel domestically and internationally up to 10% of the time.

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent
- 5 years of technical product or program management experience
- 7 years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- 3 years of software development experience
- 5 years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- 7 years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
- 7 years of technical product or program management experience
- Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
