The Inside Sales Supervisor is responsible for leading and support Benefits Representatives in their goal to meet AMBA business objectives while providing excellent sales, support, and service to AMBA members.
This role will coach, recruit, train, and encourage team members on a daily basis to meet and exceed goals.
This role requires Call Center or Contact Center experience with understanding of basic metrics. This leader is responsible for promoting a fun, engaging, and safe work environment where representatives can excel.
Supervisor may be needed to handle inbound calls on high volume days.
Quality Assurance - ensure team members will follow a defined sales talking path, G.R.E.A.T, to uncover opportunities and connect AMBA programs to client needs.
Provide a best in class member experience.
