Top Notch, Project Driven, Right Arm Executive Assistant for Founder of a Growing Investment Firm!
Our client is a growing Investment firm, and they are seeking a true right arm, stellar EA for a high-profile Executive. This individual will handle everything from travel, expenses, events, running her calendar, board work, projects, interaction with investors, gift buying, coordination with the other two assistants, some personal and more!
She is a real visionary leader with an extremely impressive background. In addition to her involvement with this firm, she sits on several boards and is involved with several political endeavors. She is also a huge diversity advocate and a huge female advocate.
This role is ideal for a tenured Executive Assistant with a minimum of 8 years C-Suite support experience, preferably out of Financial or Professional Services, a Bachelor's degree and someone who is really able to run things with limited direction. Seeking someone poised and polished with a warm and capable disposition. Excellent writing skills also required.
This role is in office 4 days a week.
