- Logistics Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Approach customer's needs and process export/ domestic shipments with a sense of urgency
- Communicate with customers and provide exceptional service
- Learn all aspects of logistics/ exports
- Prepare documents and invoices
- Perform data entry
- Experience in handling invoices and bill of lading.
- Coordinate with clients for orders.
- Filing claims when required
- Making credit memos for clients.
- Logistics Customer Service Representative Requirements:
- High School Diploma/ GED
- Proficiency with computer applications
- Dynamic customer rapport; professional
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Sound troubleshooting skills
- $30-50k
