- A minimum of 5 years’ experience with Power BI
- Exp with SQL
- Demonstrated capability in deploying enterprise-wide, self-serve Power BI functions
- Proficient in data warehousing within an enterprise setting
- Skilled in handling dataset ingestion, constructing data models, generating reports and dashboards, and utilizing Power BI Pro functionalities including workspaces and security protocols
- Proven track record in developing self-service models and data analytics via Power BI
- Expertise in enhancing Power BI Dashboards focusing on user experience, performance, adaptability, testability, and standardization
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban is an advantage
- Exceptional initiative, problem-solving capabilities, and research skills
- Quick learner of new technologies with a creative approach to problem-solving
- Highly motivated with a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to work effectively in a team setting
- Competent in managing multiple projects concurrently
- Outstanding communication skills, both oral and written
- Proficient in forging and maintaining strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- This role is critical as the client embarks on the implementation of data marts and introduces an enterprise-level self-service BI function
- Candidates should be proactive, analytical professionals with a history of establishing and managing a self-serve Power BI framework, crafting reports, and facilitating the training of end-users
- Collaborate with the client to manage analytics and dashboarding from conceptualization to user report delivery using Power BI
- Analyze requirements, design, and prototype Power BI solutions
- Establish and manage a Power BI environment for enterprise-wide self-service use

- Provide training support to end-users
