Description

This position assists in rental permit and park operations.

Job Responsibilities

* Work is primarily done on weeknights, weekends, and some holidays.

* Cleans park restrooms.

* Responsible for check-in and check-out of renters at indoor facilities.

* Ensure outdoor rental facilities are ready for the weekend.

* Picks up trash; empties trash barrels; cleans grills and tables.

* Cleans playground areas.

* Sweeps and mops floors.

* Assists park patrons with reservations.

* Able to report regularly for work and be on time.

* Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Minimum Qualifications

* Requires High School diploma or GED equivalent.

Physical Demands/Work Environment:

* Physical demands refer to the requirements for physical exertion and coordination of limb and body movement.

* Unavoidable hazards refer to the job conditions that may lead to injury or health hazards even though precautions have been taken.

* The work is typically performed outdoors intermittently sitting, standing, bending, crouching, or stooping. The employee occasionally lifts light and heavy objects, climbs ladders, uses tools or equipment requiring a high degree of dexterity.

* The work is typically performed outdoors; possibly in cold and inclement weather. The employee is expose to machinery with moving parts. The work requires the use of protective devices such as masks, eye protection, gloves, etc.

* Emergency Preparedness Tier Level: 4

Special Certifications and Licenses:

* Must possess and maintain a valid state driver's license with an acceptable driving history.
