Title: LPN - LTC

Job Description:

Any traveler not currently possessing an active State of HI license must apply upon acceptance of the offer. Candidate must have a Hawaii License by the start of the assignment.

• An LPN with experience working in an LTC setting is required for a 13-week assignment.
• Long Term Care Facility. Will be performing assessments, treatments, medication administration, notification to MD/NP of pertinent information, admitting/discharging, ADL assistance, gastrostomy tube care, urinary catheter care, nebulized treatment, wound vac care, CPAP care, and other assigned duties.
• Shifts available: Varied Shifts- will be based on census and facility needs.
• This will be a Variable: 13-week assignment: 12-hour shifts
• Must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 - no exceptions.
• Specialty: Nursing

• Minimum Years of Experience: 2

Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,800.00 per week
