Job Description
Responsible for the business side of nursing and healthcare in a facility.

Nurse administrators recruit, hire, and train nurses and other healthcare staff. They also build work schedules and conduct performance reviews.

Nurse administrators establish policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.

Nurse administrators work to improve patient experiences and outcomes. They ensure patient records are accurate and confidential, and implement procedures to ensure rooms are clean and disinfected.

Previous experience in a Long Term Care, Skilled Nursing, Rehabilitation or similar healthcare setting is required.

RN Active License

AHA BLS Certification

Pay: $3,000.00 per week

Supplemental Pay:

• Overtime pay
