Onboarding Manager

Description

We are seeking an experienced Onboarding Manager to join our team. The Onboarding Manager will be responsible for ensuring that new employees have a smooth and positive recruiting and onboarding experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and own their processes throughout the organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage and improve an effective onboarding program for new employees
• Coordinate with HR and hiring managers to ensure a seamless onboarding process
• Conduct orientation sessions for new employees
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to new employees
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the onboarding program and make improvements as needed
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
• Collaborate with managers to identify training needs and develop appropriate training materials.
• Support recruitment by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3 years of experience in onboarding or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
• Previous experience with Paylocity preferred but not required
