Job Overview: (Must be credentialed with San Francisco Health Plan and Santa Clara Health Plan)
We are seeking experienced and credentialed Nurse Practitioners (NPs) to join our telehealth team. As part of this role, you will conduct telehealth consultations, manage lab orders, and provide high-quality patient care in collaboration with our community outreach initiatives. Our goal is to enhance healthcare access and streamline patient management processes.
Responsibilities: (Must be credentialed with San Francisco Health Plan and Santa Clara Health Plan)
- Conduct remote telehealth consultations with patients using the LSPC system.
- Review patient vitals and symptoms documented during pre-screening.
- Diagnose, confirm conditions, and determine necessary lab tests.
- Submit lab order requests through the LSPC system after consultations.
- Manage patient care protocols, especially for those with positive lab results.
- Ensure accurate and timely billing for each consultation using the 99202 CPT code.
- Collaborate with Comprehensive Labs for lab test integration and follow-up care.
Requirements: (Must be credentialed with San Francisco Health Plan and Santa Clara Health Plan)
- Certification: Must be a licensed and credentialed Nurse Practitioner (NP).
- Insurance Plans: Must be credentialed with San Francisco Health Plan or Santa Clara Health Plan.
- Experience: At least 1-2 years of telehealth experience preferred.
- Technology Skills: Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health records (EHR), specifically the LSPC system, is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Commitment to delivering patient-centered care and upholding clinical best practices.
Compensation and Benefits: (Must be credentialed with San Francisco Health Plan and Santa Clara Health Plan)
- Reimbursement: $42 minimum per visit using the 99202 CPT code.
- Manage between 50-100 patient visits per week.
- Billing Options: Option to manage your own billing or have Bwell TeleMed Solutions handle billing for a 5% service fee.
- Credentialing Fee: $250 per provider (one-time fee).
- Technology and Processing Fee: $8.50 per completed visit.

- Providers will have the support of Bwell TeleMed Solutions for scheduling, staffing, and credentialing.
