Ambitions of Washington is seeking to fill a Program Coordinator position in our Yakima office. This is an entry level management position. The Program Coordinator is directly responsible for the implementation of instruction and support services in compliance with WA State laws and regulations, as well as compliance with Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA) and Ambitions of Washington policies and procedures. Primary duties include: coordinating and scheduling client services; staff training and scheduling; maintaining and updating client and employee records; and providing daily onsite supervision of client support services. Position requires that the employee be able to respond to emergencies and solve problems on a day-to-day basis.
The Program Coordinator reports to the Program Manager and may act in the absence of the Program Manager.

**Required qualifications for the Program Coordinator position: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Supported Living program or closely related field.
** or Bachelor's Degree or higher in a Human Services Field.

**Other Employment requirements: Possess a valid WA state Driver's License, a vehicle to use on a daily basis for work purposes(mileage reimbursement provided), proof of auto insurance, and ability to pass a criminal background check. Required to be on-call and carry a cell phone.
