DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Line Cook to join our team at our high-volume,upscale Italian restaurant in the West Village.
Our ideal candidate is a culinary professional who thrives in a fast-paced enviroment and takes pride in their work.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and cook menu items in a ccordance with our recipes and standards.
- Ensure that the kitchen area,equipment and utensil are kept clean and in olderly conditionand food safety standards.
- Adhere to all sanitation and food safety stsndards.
- Work efficiently with the kitchenteam to ensure timely and quality service.
- Assist with inventory and ensure that the kitchen is stoked with necessary ingredients and supplies .
- Maintain neat and clean habits at all times.
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous esperience as a line cook in a high-volume restaurant is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of italian cuisine and cooking techniques.
- Excellent organizational and multitask skill.
- Ability to work all shifts, including weekends and holiday.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced,team-oriented environment.
