Description
In the position of Field Service Engineer, you will provide on-site and in-house repair of Ambrell equipment covering current product lines and legacy equipment. This position also provides on-site and in-house, classroom and hands on training for customers. You will assist with start-up of Ambrell equipment in the field including applications setup and testing. This position has daily customer interaction for remote triage, troubleshooting and diagnostics.
Requirements
Knowledge of troubleshooting techniques and familiarity with troubleshooting equipment is necessary. The job requires both written and verbal communication with customers, on-site as well as over the phone and email technical support. Up to 50% travel may be necessary including international travel. AAS 3 years experience or BET in electronics minimum. BSEE preferred.
