Ambry Brand is Hiring a Remote Implementation Manager - REMOTE, USA (Prefer CST or EST)

Compensation: $80,000-$92,000/year. You are eligible to a Short-Term Incentive with the target at 10% of your annual earnings, terms and conditions apply. 

Job Overview:

This is a remote role with 50% travel

Ambry’s CARE (comprehensive assessment, risk, and education) program offers a fully automated, end-to-end solution for standardizing risk assessments and incorporating genomics, Reproductive Health and other health initiates into routine clinical care. The Clinic Implementation Manager (IM) will take on the lead project management role for onboarding and launching the CARE program at clinics, hospital systems, healthcare organizations, IDNs, and beyond. The IM will work closely with the sales team, Genomic Science Liaison (GSL) and others at Ambry, to ensure clients are advancing from the contracting phase, through implementation, to launching of successful CARE programs. Travel 50% of the time is required, primarily within a defined geographical region. Potential to be involved in other field-based client installs outside of the CARE program as well.

Essential Functions:

  • Manage all aspects of CARE implementation in the clinic, including obtaining client needs, managing expectations and project deliverables, communicating milestones to key stakeholders, training healthcare staff and providers, workflow observations, customization and portal setup based on client needs.
  • A critical aspect of this position is to problem solve. The IM will identify, understand and foresee barriers to CARE implementation and launching, while working closely with internal and external stakeholders to overcome barriers.
  • Accountable for client education and management of expectations. Will identify and communicate issues that surface during the implementation process and solve.
  • Collaborate internally to review communication and marketing materials with supports the implementation process. Coordinate delivery of the materials and ensure timely delivery
  • Responsible for establishing process creation and flows to meet the needs of our clients
  • Travel 50% of the time is required, primarily within a defined geographical region.
  • Work with Software Solutions and marketing to obtain voice of customer, identify feature and programmatic enhancement opportunities
  • Assist with developing and ensuring appropriate implementation of CARE policies and procedures.
  • Active participation in cross departmental collaboration across Ambry, including IM team working groups.
  • Collect and report on account metrics internally and identify key performance indicators for clients with suggestions to improve, through QBRs and beyond until successful transition of accounts to account management, 30-90 days post launch
  • Assist in training newer Implementation Managers as needed and coaching other Ambry employees in the field on the CARE process
  • Other duties as assigned 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
  • Extensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office products, database management, and web technologies are required.
  • Ability to work closely with healthcare providers, staff, and executives to move CARE initiatives forward within health care organizations
  • Ability to maintain a high level of product, competitor, and market knowledge
  • At least 1 year of project management, implementation, onboarding, SaaS, sales support, and/or related experiences 
  • Understanding of healthcare space
  • Efficient and highly organized

  • Highly effective communicator and team player

  • Be able to motivate others and deal well with conflict management. 

Preferred:

  • Working knowledge of software development processes and procedures is a plus
  • Knowledge of genetics and/or the genetic testing industry also a plus
  • Ideal candidate will have some project management experience and/or training.
  • Previous experience working with healthcare providers, staff, and/or executives is a plus
  • Managing/Leading a team is a plus
