We are currently seeking dedicated and reliable Home Cable TV, Internet, and Phone Installer Technicians to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will perform a variety of tasks including new connections, reconnections, adding outlets, installing and removing converters, and performing service upgrades and downgrades. Responsibilities

• Perform new connections, reconnections, adding outlets, installing and removing converters, and performing service upgrades and downgrades.
• Use small hand tools, power tools, and test equipment to ensure that service operates within prescribed parameters.
• Read signal levels through the use of a field strength meter, add and subtract levels in installation problems, install connectors on different types of drop cable, and maintain proper clearances.
• Climb poles with proper equipment (safety belt, safety strap and climbers), ladders or other structures as needed. Lift and carry loads up to 75lbs (including line ladder).
• Work within limited confines, such as crawl spaces.
• Identify and remedy sources of customer-perceived problems.
• Drive company vehicle between home/office, warehouse, and work sites in a safe and courteous manner.
• Clean, maintain, and stock vehicle and equipment in order to be prepared to perform required duties.
• Complete paperwork accurately, and report and record work order status updates to your supervisor.

Qualifications

• Experience with small hand tools, power tools, and test equipment.
• Ability to read signal levels through the use of a field strength meter.
• Ability to climb poles with proper equipment, ladders or other structures as needed.
• Ability to lift and carry loads up to 75lbs.
• Ability to work within limited confines, such as crawl spaces.
• Valid driver's license and safe driving habits.
