Job DescriptionThis role is the key contact for assigned accounts in order to provide effective strategic and tactical sales direction and communications strategies to defend existing business, improve profitability of existing business, and to profitably develop new business. Implements strategy, business and marketing plans for assigned accounts including market research, competitive intelligence, product positioning, product line evolution and product innovation. This role is focused on growth of an assigned territory that includes new account acquisition and share of wallet, typically higher focus on share of wallet.

The starting salary for this position is expected to be between $91,300 to $114,100; however, base pay offered may vary within the full salary range ($91,300 to $150,400) depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base pay information is based on national averages and a geographic differential may be applied based on work location. Position is also eligible for Amcor's Sales Incentive Plan, which is an annual bonus program based on business and individual performance.
Amcor Flexibles North America (AFNA) offers a comprehensive benefit package including medical/dental/vision/life/disability insurance, 401(k), wellness initiatives, Employee Assistance Program, and more. Annual paid vacation allotment starts at 80 hours for full-time salaried employees, prorated dependent on their start date. AFNA also offers 13 paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
