Job DescriptionThe IT Service Desk Analyst provides primary Help Desk and troubleshooting support, while ensuring they are logged/monitored in ServiceNow. The IT Service Desk Analyst works with other members of the Information Systems Department to troubleshoot more complex user technical problems.
