As an Operator, you will be responsible for performing machine setups for production runs, utilizing your mechanical troubleshooting skills, and ensuring excellent communication within the team. • Perform machine setups for production runs, ensuring all necessary materials and tools are prepared
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues that may arise during production, making necessary adjustments and repairs
• Maintain clear and effective communication with team members and supervisors regarding production progress and any issues that may arise
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
• Monitor and inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
• Assist in packaging and labeling finished products as needed
• Perform routine maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance
• Document production data and maintain accurate records

• Prior experience in machine setups for production runs
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience in packaging is highly preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Basic computer skills for data entry and record keeping
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects
