Job Title: Registered Nurse or Travel RN
Location: Carlisle, PA 17015
Shift: 7am to 3:30am
Guarantee Hours: 32 per week
Start: ASAP

Duties:

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments on patient.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or abnormalities.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding their healthcare needs.
• Assist with various medical procedures, including phlebotomy and ostomy care.
• Utilize ICD-10 coding to accurately document patient diagnoses and treatments.
• Manage pain effectively through appropriate interventions.
• Coordinate discharge planning to ensure a smooth transition for patients
