Hospice On Call Registered Nurse Weekends Or Weekend Baylor RN

Responds to telephone requests at home from our after-hours Triage RN for assistance by addressing the request by telephone or by making an in person visit that includes skilled assessment and interventions which can include in person after hours admissions and end of life visits.

• After Hours Home visits and Skilled/Assisted Nursing visits as needed
• Salaried Mileage Full Benefits
• Take calls at home from our After-Hours RN Coordinators and respond in person to care for the patient and family at their time of need.
• Friday 5pm - Monday 8am for ON Call - Baylor is 3 12s

Required

• 1 year of RN experience with Hospice or Home Health experience preferred
• RN licensure
