Amego School is searching for energetic and passionate Assistant Teachers!
The assistant teacher’s primary duties are to ensure the safety and well-being of students with autism, as well as implement educational and behavior programming as directed by the head teacher and BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst). Assistant teachers work directly with and teach students in a 1 on 1 and/or a 1 on 2 teacher to student ratio. The needs of our students demand a team-driven approach and a positive outlook. The assistant teacher position provides a rewarding work environment for those who want to make a positive impact and fulfill Amego’s mission to foster functional, vocational life skills so they can achieve greater independence.
