Amego Incorporated is Hiring a Clinical Coordinator BCBA- School Near Franklin, MA

The Clinical Coordinator is responsible for writing, implementing, and overseeing behavioral programming for their caseload of students at the school and the residences. This position offers flexible hours including late mornings and evening hours in order to accommodate students in the residential programs. This position is part of a multidisciplinary team of professionals and allows for meaningful, ongoing collaboration as well as continuous personal professional growth. 

Salary Range: $70,000-$85,000/year based on experience. 

1. Develop and monitor behavior data collection systems for students on caseload

2. Ensure that all students on caseloads have current FBA’s and BSP’s that meet regulatory requirements

3. Provide training to staff on data collection and behavior support plan implementation

4. Work with ancillary services such as Social Services and Health services as it pertains to the clinical programming for all individuals

5. Assist with the oversight of regulatory requirements as they pertain to the use of physical restraint, including review of incident and restraint reports

6. Participate in Individual intake, discharge and support planning

7. Attend IEP and other relevant meetings/appointments as needed

8. Participate in clinical review processes

9. Participate in regularly scheduled Psychiatrist meetings

10. On-call responsibility for residential programs (rotating)

11. Obtain and participate in safety care certification and training

12. Seek and use training opportunities and engage in self-evaluation to develop and meet professional goals

13. Work collaboratively with members of Children’s services administrative team to support the development of accountability systems and monitor quality of Children’s Services programs, ensuring adherence to the agency’s service philosophy and DESE and DEEC regulatory requirements

QUALIFICATIONS/DESIRED CHARACTERISTICS:
 Masters in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, and BCBA and/or LABA required. Willing to pursue additional training as warranted. 

At least five years of work experience with severe special needs population preferred.

Effective communicator and facilitator.

Demonstrated commitment to valuing, nurturing and celebrating diversity within the organization for staff and individuals and belief that cultural competence drives quality.

Mentor who nurtures and encourages the growth and development of all staff.

Comfort and capacity to work within a highly decentralized delivery system and centralized administrative service structure.

Familiarity and experience with Massachusetts agencies DESE, DEEC and DCF.

Familiarity with the Massachusetts IEP system and MCAS.

Ability to work flexible hours including early morning, evenings and weekends.

Maintain the following certifications/licenses: CPR/First Aid; Safety Care; MAP; Driver’s License
