Schedule:

Mon-Thur: 8am - 5pm

Fri: 7:30am - 4pm

Will accept MA, LVN/LPN, or RN to cover as Practice Support Specialist

Schedule, confirm patient appointments, check-ups, and physician referrals

Answer telephones and direct calls to appropriate staff

Greet visitors, assess purpose of visit, and direct them to appropriate staff

Compile record medical charts, reports, and correspondence.

Some experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems preferred

Check patients in and out

Collect co-pays

A problem-solving mentality for prioritizing tasks and addressing patient issues that may arise

Excellent customer service skills (receptionist experience highly preferred).
