Amergis Healthcare Services is partnered with a much respected facility in Greenfield, MA who is currently seeking an RN or LPN to assist them on a contractual basis.
Details Of The Position IncludeLocation: Greenfield, MA
Duration: 13 weeks
Facility Type: Day Hab Program
Schedule: M-F
1st Shift (7a-3p)
3rd shift (11p-7a)
Responsibilities

• Administers nursing care to disabled adults
• Insulin Administration
• Ability to monitor changes and maintain accurate medical records
• Ability to professionally communicate with parents, guardians and residential providers
• Participates in interdisciplinary team reviews
• Staff training and MAP training

Requirements

• Licensed RN/LPN through the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Nursing
• Experience with target population preferred
• Must be able to pass a CORI, Fingerprint, and driving record check
• Able to communicate professionally
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred
