3 Strike Policy
If staff receives 3 strikes they will bereplaced
Staff will receive a strike if they don’t followthe call out protocol
Ex. No call no show
If they do not give a 2 week notice forrequested time off
This includes dr. appointments, leaving early,etc
Will not count as a strike if it’s an emergencyor for worker’s comp or bereavement
RTO is first come first serve, so RTO may bedenied if we already have prior RTO requests for the same dates
If they still take the denied RTO off that willbe considered a strike
If they repeatedly do not clock in and out andsubmit their timecard on time
