  • Pay: $30/Hour
  • Policy and Compliance:
    • Policy Creation: HR Generalists develop and update company policies, ensuring they align with legal requirements and industry best practices.
    • Compliance Monitoring: They keep an eye on changes in labor laws and regulations, ensuring the organization remains compliant.
  • Recruitment and Onboarding:
    • Recruitment Planning: HR Generalists work with hiring managers to create recruitment strategies, including job postings, interview processes, and candidate assessments.
    • Onboarding Support: They guide new hires through the onboarding process, explaining company policies, benefits, and culture.
  • Record Keeping:
