Position Title: PhysicalTherapist
Location: Morris, IL andDiamond, IL (floating between 2 locations)
Local): $72/hr.
Pay Rate (Total Travel Package(40 hours a week): $3,082.00 / Week (Gross)
- Must reside over 50 miles away to qualify for the travelpackage*
- Taxablewages: $1,920.00 / week
- Weeklylodging allowance: $749.00/week
- Weeklymeals / incidentals: $413.00 / week
- Estimated weekly take home aftertaxes: $2,602.00 / week(Net)
- Opportunity to potentially go on internally
- Multiple ShiftsAvailable!
- 4x10s or 5x8s available!
- 40 hr./wk. or 36 hr./wk. available!
- Switch between 7:30am-4pm and 9:30am-6pm
- 7:30am-6pm
- Weekend and Holiday Rotation
Requirements
- IL Licensure and BLS
- Experience in Acute Care and Outpatient
- Experience in Neuro, Chronic/Acute Pain,Parkinson's, Concussions, or Post-Op preferred
