Amergis Healthcare Staffing is partnered with a facility in Boston, MA and is seeking corrections RNs to fill a contracted role.

6/3/24 start date

13 week contract

Shift is 2:45pm-11:15pm, Monday-Friday, & every other weekend

Requirements

Active MA RN license

Active AHA-issued BLS

Pass state background check

Will consider new grads

Job Description

Med pass, triage, and risk assessment

Assists physicians w/ medical treatments/administering prescribed meds

Applies surgical dressings & bandages

Provides emergency first aid care

Checks & records vitals

Obtain specimens for diagnostic testing

Reports reactions to treatments & meds

Provides inmate patient education and/or discharge planning

Performs other position-related duties as needed
