What you’ll do!
At America’s Car-Mart our Call Center is often the frontline of the organization. We rely on knowledgeable professionals to interact with our valued customers who have questions or concerns. We’re looking for a call center trainee to join our team, managing a large volume of inbound and outbound calls. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner that can adapt to different issues as they arise. This person will have the opportunity to learn a variety of our call center roles including responding to customer inquiries and concerns, booking appointments and following up on leads, and processing automobile claims. As the voice of our company, the call center representative must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as be enthusiastic about helping consumers and driving their satisfaction. Under the guidance of our experienced trainers, you will gain hands-on experience in handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service. This is an entry-level position with excellent growth opportunities within our call center department.
Compensation:$15.00 per hour
Hours:Must be available to work Monday thru Saturday from 7am to 7pm. You will be assigned two days off between Monday and Saturday and be guaranteed at least one Saturday off per month.
