The Access Control Administrator position ensures the credit union's information systems are managed
properly and following the principles of roles based access control and least privilege. This individual
will work across the enterprise with system and application administrators to achieve secure access
methodologies and adequate documentation and attestation.

1. What youll do:
a. Create evidence to demonstrate what controls are in place and how and when each review
was conducted.
b. Review individual systems and applications, creating evidence of access control and access
management.

2. What youll oversee:
a. Manage a large access control review practice, providing guidance and assistance to others
ensuring they meet corporate standards.

3. Assumes responsibility for related duties as required or assigned.
a. Coordination within the team, department, division, and credit union overall.
b. Assists with other IT functions within AFCU as needed.
c. Effective backups and disaster recovery plans are being made and tested.
d. Stays informed of changes in computer technology.
e. Keeps work area clean, secure, and well-maintained.
f. Completes special projects as assigned.

PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENTS:
1. All systems are securely managed.
2. All systems are effectively monitored and managed.
3. Quarterly goals are achieved.
4. Required reports and documentation are complete and current.
5. Good working relations with other team members.
6. Deadlines and due dates are met and adhered to.

Training/Education/Certification:
ITIL Foundation Certification preferred
Computer Science or Information Technology degree preferred.

Required Knowledge:
Deep understanding of IS Security standards and controls
Deep understanding of Access Management methods and controls
Deep understanding roles based provisioning and principles of least privilege

Experience Required:
Previous information technology experience preferred
Skills/Abilities:
Excellent written and oral communication.
Ability to create new solutions to complex problems without direction or assistance.
Ability to design, document, and implement solutions, taking them from concept to runtime
without assistance.
