Job Description:
Oversee maintenance for over 2,500,000 SF of Industrial and Office Space.
Qualifications:
- Preferred (2) years of maintenance experience.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience with: HVAC / Electrical / Carpentry / Drywall / Plumping is a plus.
- Able to work well with others.
- Effective communication skills both oral and written.
- Must be able to operate in a drug & alcohol free workplace.
- Must have a valid Drivers License.
- Ability to climb stairs and ladders.
- Good Manual Dexterity.
- Ability to work in close quarters, high places and confined spaces.
- Capable of working in varying temperatures.
Responsibilities
- Works with the available resources and oversees projects, purchases, preventative maintenance and work orders.
- Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing processes.
- Occasional night calls on a rotating schedule.
- Ability to make routine repairs.
- Common area spills, bathroom, and plumbing hazards, outside debris cleanup.
- Coordination with vendors.
- Maintain and document building inspections as needed.
- Maintain positive professional communications with tenants.
- Maintains and promotes a safe working environment.
- Good work habits and ability to manage time well.
- Must be able to work well with other employees.
- Perform such other duties as may be required from time to time.
Location: Multiple locations in Jeffersonville, Indiana.
Compensation: $25.00 per hour minimum.
Job Type: Part Time
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- 20 hours a week minimum with opportunities for additional if desired.

- Bonus pay
