Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Insurance Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and customer service, with a focus on providing insurance solutions to clients.
Duties:
- Sell various types of insurance policies to businesses and individuals
- Customize insurance programs to suit individual clients' needs
- Develop leads and establish new client relationships
- Provide excellent customer service before and after the sale
- Analyze clients' current insurance policies and suggest additions or changes
- Maintain client records and follow up regularly
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or retail sales
- Strong analytical skills to assess clients' needs and recommend appropriate products
- Excellent communication skills to explain complex insurance policies clearly
- Proficiency in Benefits Administration is a plus
- Fluency in Spanish or other languages is advantageous (Multilingual/Bilingual)
- Knowledge of insurance sales procedures and regulations
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues
- Familiarity with sales administration processes
